Parker MBA (Master of Business Administration)
The Parker Master of Business Administration program is among the fastest-growing and most highly regarded programs in the State of Ohio. The LEC MBA program was established in 1981, and has since graduated over 1,200 business and non-profit leaders. In 2010, the program was renamed The Parker MBA in memory of the late Partick S. Who should pursue the Parker MBA?
- If you have outgrown the narrow functional specialization with which you began your career, you are ready to undertake the Lake Erie MBA.
- If you want to become empowered to take on greater managerial challenges, you are ready to undertake the Lake Erie MBA. You may want to advance as a manager, or you may want to develop your own business. You may be in the public or the private sector, work in a non-profit or a for-profit enterprise or you may own your own business. All of these areas are represented in our current students and our alumni. We are dedicated to empowering mature and ambitious adults.
While participating in Lake Erie MBA classes, students learn to understand and integrate all of the functional areas of an organization rather than to develop specialized expertise in performing any one of them. Working in teams, students gain a sophisticated understanding of the wider business environment including major cultural, legal and economic trends that have serious implications for organizations. The classes sharpen students’ abilities to analyze complicated situations and to make good decisions under pressure and amidst uncertainty.
