Parker MBA Program Options
Traditional MBA Program
The Traditional MBA Program
allows students to graduate in
approximately two years by
taking two courses over six
semesters (fall, spring and
summer). Each class typically
meets one day per week in the
evenings. With this program you
also have the option of taking
only one course per semester and
completing your MBA in
approximately four years.
Accelerated MBA Program
Our Accelerated option allows
you the opportunity to complete
your MBA in as little as 11
months. In this program you take
two courses each Saturday (one
in the morning and one in the
afternoon) in each of six
seven-week sessions. This is a
very rigorous and challenging
program intended only for
students willing to focus
intensely on their graduate
studies. If Saturdays are good
for you but you only want to
take one course at a time, plan
on completing your MBA in
approximately 23 months.
Health Care Administration
Concentration
The Concentration in Health Care
Administration prepares Parker
MBA students for staff,
managerial and leadership roles
in the health care industry. The
nine credit hours in the health
care concentration cover topics
including the U.S. health care
delivery system, health care
financing and policy, legal and
ethical issues and the effective
management of health care
organizations. The concentration
deals with the application of
business concepts to health care
industry in a broad context,
covering not only provider
organizations such as hospitals,
but other industry participants
such as pharmaceutical and
medical technology enterprises,
as well.
CPA

If you have an undergraduate
degree in accounting and plan to
sit for the Ohio CPA exam, you

degree by completing 10 courses
rather than the normally
required 12 and still earn the
