Procedures for use of Mathews House

Welcome to the Mathews House!  While a guest at the Alumni House, we ask that you assist us with the care of our home by following the procedures listed below.  If these procedures are not followed, a fee may be incurred.

Rental/Use of Facility:
We are pleased you have chosen to host your meeting/event at Mathews House.  The facility has been cleaned prior to your event.  When you are finished, please leave the house as you found it.  This means all dishes should be washed and put away; linens should be removed from the table and set in the kitchen for washing.  Floors should be vacuumed, mopped or swept, depending on the conditions.  All garbage should be removed and placed in the garbage bins outside.  No pets are allowed in Mathews House.
