Aug. 21, 2011 The annual Field Day is held at Pheasant Run Airport.

June 30, 2011 The College completes its capital campaign, raising a total of $31,304,311 since July 1, 2006. The 2010-2011 fiscal year is also the second-best year ever in fundraising.

June 8, 2011 Michael T. Victor is honored as 2010-2011 Leader of the Year by Leadership Lake County, Inc. at a banquet held at Pine Ridge Country Club.

May 15, 2011 Michael T. Victor is presented an honorary Doctor of Laws degree during commencement. Umberto Fedeli, president of The Fedeli Group, is commencement speaker.

May 3, 2011 The "new" Austin Hall of Science is dedicated.

Feb. 14, 2011 The Veteran Education & Transition Support(VETS) program begins.

March 23, 2011 Stuart Varney, host of Varney and Company of Fox News Channel, speaks in Morley Music Building.

Dec. 31, 2010 The College receives a donation of the Pheasant Run Airport in Madison, Ohio, 18 vintage aircraft and a significant endowment to support the property from Gretchen Reed, a retired teacher and aviatrix.

Dec. 5, 2010 The annual Christmas Vespers program ends with the lighting of a Christmas tree located in the fountain and a formal dinner held in the Dickinson Dining Hall.

Nov. 4, 2010 The annual Founders Day celebration features an address by Daniel "Rudy" Ruettiger, who became famous for being a walk-on player for the University of Notre Dame Fighting Irish football team.

Nov. 1, 2010 Academic Directions begins.

Oct. 1, 2010 Royce Hall for the Fine and Performing Arts is dedicated during Homecoming Alumni Weekend in honor of Deborah and Charles Royce.

July 1, 2010 Swimming and diving (men's and women's) and wrestling are added to the College's athletic program, making a total of 23 sports.

July 1, 2010 Lake Erie College joins the prestigious Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC).

March 4, 2010 The College's Master of Business Administration (MBA) program is renamed the Parker MBA in honor of Pat Parker, founder of the Parker Hannifin Corporation.
