Lake Erie College annual golf outing in support of modernization fund

Lake Erie College will host its 21st annual golf outing to raise money for the College modernization fund. The outing takes place Monday, August 16 at the Kirtland Country Club in Willoughby, Ohio.

The modernization fund, to be used toward campus improvements, allows the college to ensure that the growing needs of campus are met. Projects that can benefit from this fund include landscaping, parking, building construction and/or renovation, athletic field maintenance and more.

The cost for an individual golfer is $300, while a foursome fee is $1,200. The cost for those attending dinner only is $40.

Registration for the shamble format golf outing will begin at 11:30 a.m. Putting greens will be available prior to lunch, which will be served at Noon. Carts will depart for tees 15 minutes prior to the shotgun start at 1 p.m. Dinner and cocktails will be served approximately at 5:30 following the round of golf and the evening will conclude with an awards presentation.

Opportunities for individual or business sponsorship are also available. The options range from a hole sponsor at $200 to a green and white sponsor at $5,000. Those interested in sponsoring or participating in the Lake Erie College Golf Outing should contact Holly Menzie at 440.375.7240 or click here to R.S.V.P. and for more information.
