Jerome T. Osborne Family Athletic & Wellness Center
The facility originally opened on Aug. 23, 2004 as simply the Athletic & Wellness Center. It wasn't until Feb. 2, 2007 that the $9.5 million complex was renamed as the Jerome T. Osborne Family Athletic & Wellness Center. It was built to accomodate the growing Storm athletic department, which as of the 2008-09 academic year, features 16 varsity teams before increasing to 20 teams the following year with the addition of lacrosse and tennis for both men and women.
The facility houses two full-size gymnasiums, with the main gym - known as Athletic Center Arena - serving as home to the basketball and volleyball teams with a seating capacity of 750.
A 4,000-square foot fitness center, that includes a weight room, aerobics area and suspended running track is used for training and is available to all Lake Erie College students.
Indoor baseball and softball training takes place in the center's multi-purpose gymnasium that has a tartan-surfaced floor, full-size batting cage and indoor pitching mounds.
Also included within the complex are a classroom/meeting room, 10 locker rooms of various sizes and offices for the athletic department staff.

Recreation Park
The Painesville Kiwanis Recreation Park, located in downtown Painesville just off of Main Street, is the home of the Lake Erie College baseball and football teams. The Storm baseball team plays at Braggs Field, which is also the home field of nearby Harvey High School.
The field is maintained by the City of Painesville and both Lake Erie and Harvey have worked together to add to the facility's amenities. The baseball field is just one part of the major park and athletic complex that includes a variety of sports fields. The scenic Grand River flows just beyond the right field fence. Teams use the batting cages located within the football stadium.
The Storm football team plays at Jack Britt Memorial Stadium, which is also the home of the Harvey High School football team. Both institutions have partnered with the City of Painesville to update the stadium. Renovations scheduled to be completed before the end of the 2008 calendar year include $100,000 worth of updated locker room and training facilities by the College and an updated press box, paved parking area and updated restroom facilities completed by the City. The School District will be responsible for preparing, maintaining, lining and dressing the practice field and the stadium field, in addition to providing general maintenance and repairs.
Seating capacity for the stadium is 2,500.

The six-year old minor league stadium located in Eastlake is home to the Lake County Captains of the Class A South Atlantic League (SAL). The ballpark combines nostalgic charm with the amenities of a modern sports facility. Classic Park has more than 7,000 permanent seats, plus 20 luxury suites on the upper deck and lawn seating beyond the right field wall.
