Angel Frame graduated from Lake Erie College with a major in accounting and business administration. While at Lake Erie, Frame was a member of the basketball and softball teams from 1994-98 and also played soccer from 1996 through 1998. She was named Lake Erie College's Female Athlete of the Year in 1997 and again in 1998.

Frame's most dominating sport was basketball, where she is listed among the school's best in different statistical categories. She finished her career with 1,131 points, which at the time of induction, ranked third best all-time. Additionally, she recorded 465 field goals made, also third all time, made 153 career free throws, ranking fifth all-time, and also 48 three-pointers in her four years, sixth on the all-time list. She also recorded 164 steals, for another fifth-place ranking as of 2003.

During her four years, Frame led the team in scoring in three of those seasons, while also helping the team to its highest win total in 1996-97 when the Storm finished at 10-14. Frame led the team in steals in 1994-95.

Frame was also a sweeper in soccer, as well as a shortstop and catcher for the softball team. She was a member of a traveling softball team which finished seventh in the nation. She is currently an accounting specialist lead at Progressive Insurance and resides in Eastlake, Ohio.
