Radio Stations
Radio stations seeking permission and space to broadcast a Storm contest must inform the Lake Erie College director of sports media relations a minimum of seven days prior to the game date in order to ensure accommodations can be made. Please notify the director of your specific needs. Station credentials must be displayed at all times.

Television Stations
Television stations wishing to film portions of the game at field/court level must display station credentials at all times. Please notify the Lake Erie College director of sports media relations before the game as much in advance as possible with your specific needs. Filming may only occur outside of the playing boundaries and in accordance to NCAA guidelines. Game officials and College personnel have the right to restrict access to specific areas within the playing area during the contest. 

Photographers
Anyone wishing to take pictures at field/court level must have permission from the director of sports media relations. Appropriate credentials will be issued as necessary for field/court access. Photographers must remain outside of the playing boundaries and must abide by NCAA guidelines.

Player Interviews
It is the policy of the department of sports media relations to not release student-athlete contact information at any time. Members of the media wishing to interview players must request permission from the director of sports media relations.

Interviews will be granted before or after practice only if arrangements have been made with the director of sports media relations or the Storm head coach at least 48 hours in advance. Player interviews will not be permitted before the contest on game days.

Postgame Interviews
Interviews with Storm players will be conducted in a designated area following a minimum 10-minute cooling off period at the conclusion of the contest. Storm head coaches may be interviewed following a brief postgame meeting with the team. Opposing coach and player interviews will be granted in accordance with the policies of the visiting sports information staff and/or head coach.

The Press Box
Members of the working media have priority in the press box once all game personnel needs are met. The press box is located in the home stands, which is on the east side of the field. All media are advised to notify the director of sports media relations at least three days in advance of the game to request credentials which will either be mailed in advance or available for pickup at the ticket window on game day. The press box is a working facility and cheering will not be permitted. No one will be permitted in the press box without appropriate credentials.

Available Services
Pregame information, game notes, statistics, rosters and game programs will be provided to the working media prior to kickoff and may be picked up in the press box. Complete halftime statistics will be distributed at halftime. A complete statistical package, approximately 10 minutes after the conclusion of the game, will be available in the press box.

Phones/Faxes
There are no phone lines or faxes available for use by the working media in the press box. Phone lines and a fax machine are available for use by the working media upon request. They are located within the Tracy H. Dickinson Administrative Suite within the Jerome T. Osborne Family Athletic & Wellness Center.

Athletic Center Arena

Press Row
Members of the working media have priority to press row once all game personnel needs are met. Press row is located at the end of the scorer’s table in between the team bench areas. All media are advised to notify the director of sports media relations at least three days in advance of the contest to request credentials which will either be mailed in advance or available for pickup at the ticket table at all admission contests. Press row is a working facility and cheering will not be permitted. No one will be permitted in press row without appropriate credentials.

Available Services
Pregame information, game notes, statistics, rosters and game programs will be provided to the working media prior to the contest and may be picked up at press row. A contest statistical package will be available to press approximately 10 minutes following the conclusion of the game if computerized in-game statistics are compiled.

Phones/Faxes
Phone lines and a fax machine are available for use by the working media upon request. They are located within the Tracy H. Dickinson Administrative Suite within the Jerome T. Osborne Jr. Family Athletic & Wellness Center.

Jack Slattery Field

Press Tent
Members of the working media have priority to the press tent once all game personnel needs are met. The press tent is located in between the team bench areas. All media are advised to notify the director of sports media relations at least three days in advance of the contest to request credentials which will either be mailed in advance or available for pickup at the tent. The press tent is a working facility and cheering will not be permitted. No one will be permitted in the press tent without appropriate credentials.
