Here is a list of the student-athletes who have committed to compete at Lake Erie College in the sport of men's track & field for the 2009-10 academic year:

Nathan Fox     Hurdles     Bishop Hartley HS     Groveport, Ohio
"Nathan is going to have an immediate impact on the program. He is a hard worker and responds very well to coaching. He also comes from one of the best Division II programs in the state of Ohio and won't be intimated by the transition to collegiate track and field."

David Gobrogge     Mid-Distance     Green HS     Akron, Ohio
"David is a classic middle distance runner that can fill a number of gaps. His specialty will be thee 800-meter run, but he can also give a solid 400 performance or bump up to the 1500. David will see a lot of time in the relays and a solid fall of cross country training will only make him stronger for the winter and spring."

Quinton Harley     Hurdles     Edison Tech HS     Rochester, N.Y.
"Quinton is a kid who just loves the sport of track and field. He is a true student of the sport which is hard to find in a lot of high schoolers. Along with the 110-meter hurdles, he also has 400-hurdle experience and was a member of a shuttle hurdle relay team and a 4x400-meter relay team that both finished third at the Nike Indoor Nationals this past winter."

Brett Harrington     Hurdles/Sprints/Jumps     Edison Tech HS     Rochester, N.Y.
"Brett is a well-decorated track and field athlete. He was the 2009 Indoor New York State Champion in the 55-meter hurdles and was also the 2009 Rochester Indoor Track Athlete of the Year. We expect Brett to be the all-around athlete that you can plug in anywhere and have great results."

Chris Lamphier     Pole Vault     Cloverleaf HS     Westfield Center, Ohio
"Chris is going to fill a huge gap in our field events. Right now pole vault is the only area where we don't have anyone competing. Bringing in a vaulter like Chris will really make a huge difference."

Cody Lancaster     Distance     Eastlake North HS     Eastlake, Ohio
"Cody is another one of those versatile distance runners who can bring a lot to the program. His primary events will be the 800 and the mile, but he will help us out alot on the cross country course. As he gets used to college track, he should ve able to provide us with some good 3,000s and 5,000s."

Tim Majoy     Distance     Edison HS     Milan, Ohio
"Tim is a distance runner that is going to help us out a lot on the cross country course, as well as the longer races on the track. Once Tim gets adjusted to an increase in his weekly mileage, he has a chance to be a great 5K runner on the track."

Trey Matthews     Sprints     Upper Arlington HS     Columbus, Ohio
"Trey has a great upside and is someone who should be able to make an immediate impact on the program. Trey's main races will be the 200 and 400-meter dashes and he will more than likely see time on the relays as well."

Tim McDonald     Hurdles     Teays Valley HS     Ashville, Ohio
"Tim is an extremely hard worker and we look for him to help us out a lot in the 110-meter hurdles along with the 400 hurdles. He will also provide us with more depth when it comes to relays."

Matt Michal     Sprints     Mentor HS     Mentor, Ohio
"Matt is a workhorse and still has a lot of room to improve. I think once Matt gets in with our 400 guys and has a chance to train consistently over an entire season, we are going to see some major improvements in his ability over the 400 and 800-meter distances."

Garrett Ondrus     Hurdles     Clay HS     Oregon, Ohio
"Garrett is a great kid who is eager to get going. He is a guy who has a great attitude and wants to get better. His toughness is something I am definitely looking forward to having around next year."

Devin O'Neill     Distance     Mentor HS     Concord, Ohio
"Devin is a guy who is going to help our distance group immensely. His extreme versatility will also help out the whole structure of our team. He can run anywhere ranging  from the 400 to the 5K with quality. He will also run cross country and have a chance to crack the top five this fall. Devin also gets the job done in the classroom and we are certainly glad to have him."

Additional student-athletes will be added to this list.
