18 Total New Faces for SoftballJuly 10 - The Lake Erie College softball team, under the direction of third-year Head Coach Gary VanCauwenberge, will add 18 players, including three transfers, for the 2004-05 school year. The Full Story Softball Season Ends with Two Losses at Thiel Apr. 29 - The Lake Erie College softball season closed with two losses at Thiel. The Storm dropped the first game 8-0 and lost 1504 in the nightcap. Freshmen Kris Trifiletti (Concord, Ohio/Riverside), Kristen Kolenda (Pittsburgh, Pa./Carrick) and Christina Griffeth (Saratoga Springs, N.Y./Saratoga Springs) each totaled two hits on the day.
