Head
Coach Bob Booher
Bob Booher enters his first season with the Lake Erie Storm after
coaching six years at nearby Lakeland Community College. As coach
at Lakeland, Booher compiled a record of 129-52. Last season his team
was ranked 4th in the nation on offense and 7th in defense.
Booher was named Coach of the Year in the Ohio Community College Athletic
Association in 2003 and 2005. He previously served as the head baseball
coach at Lakeland from 1982-92, the head softball coach from 1976-81
and the assistant baseball coach from 1973-75. He also spent time
as an assistant girls basketball coach at Willoughby South High.
A native of Painesville and a graduate of nearby Harvey High, Booher
graduated from Ohio University in 1971 and earned his masters degree
from Kent State in 1980. He will continue his duties as chairman of
the Physical Education Department at Lakeland.
Booher and his wife Debbie reside in Willoughby.

Alyssa Rickert
Alyssa
Rickert is the men's and women's Graduate Assistant. A 2005 graduate
of Ohio Northern University, she was named Honorable Mention All-OAC
and finished as one of ONUs top two scorers. She was second
on the team in scoring with 11.6 points per games and surpassed 1,000
points.Her effort was enought to land her at third place all-time
on ONUs career scoring list, finishing with 1,155 points. She
was also fifth on ONU's single-season record for three-point shots,
making 52 on the season and 213 in her career. She has a sports management
degree and is working towards her masters in education at Lake Erie.
