Experiential Learning and Internships Program

Lake Erie College students can earn academic credit from their experiential learning experiences, including internships and clinical observations in the medical field. We encourage experiential learning as a way for students to connect their classroom learning to the real world and gain experience.

The experiential learning program follows the academic calendar and is available during fall semester (September – December), spring semester (January – May), and summer (late May – early August).
