Student Account

The Cashier Window at Lake Erie College is the hub of the student accounting process. The cashier is located in College Hall, on the first floor in room 117A.

The office is open Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Information pertaining to students’ accounts, payments made on accounts, outside scholarship checks, alternative loans and other miscellaneous payments are handled directly through the cashier office. The cashier has access to Financial Aid awards and registration data to be sure your billing is accurate. We are always available to review your account and answer any questions you may have.

All students’ billing is found on-line by clicking on LEC Access for Students, setting the current academic session and then viewing the Course and Fee Statement.  Paper billing is not processed. 

Students need to have a plan for meeting their college expenses before they register and begin attending classes. The beginning point for this is the Financial Aid office, once a Financial Aid Notification letter has been presented to a student, the student will know what portion of their account they are responsible to pay.

Tuition and fees are due as follows:

• Summer - May 1, all classes
• Fall - August 1
• Spring - December 1

This is a revision to all prior catalogs and is the policy for all students of LEC.
