Lake Erie College Mortar Board to Hold Jail-n-Bail Fundraiser

(Painesville, Ohio) – The Lake Erie College Mortar Board will hold a Jail-n-Bail fundraiser today and tomorrow February 13 and 14 from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the Arthur S. Holden Center. The warrant cost is $1.00 and bail is $0.50.

Jail-n-Bail allows students to pay for warrants of "arrest” of their friends and faculty. Arrests can be made individually or as a group. They can pay a fine or stay in jail for a period of time; students will not be arrested during class or practices.

The participation of faculty and staff is encouraged. For more information, contact Assistant Professor of Mathematics & Education Betty Clifford at bclifford@lec.edu or president of Mortar Board Sarah Wojciechowski at swojciechowski@lec.edu.
