Howard named ECAC Co-Offensive Player of the Week
Lake Erie College junior tailback Tony Howard (Garfield Heights, Ohio/Garfield Heights) gave a record-setting performance in the team’s historic first win on Saturday, which led him to another program record by being named the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Division II Football Co-Offensive Player of the Week. The individual honor is the first award ever given to a Storm player in program history.

For the season, Howard leads the Storm with 472 total yards on 88 carries. He is also the team leader with eight touchdowns. In NCAA Division II, he ranks 35th in scoring with 48 points and 60th in rushing with 78.67 yards per game.
