Fan Appreciation Day set for Saturday, Feb. 21
(February 18, 2009) - Lake Erie College will be hosting Fan Appreciation Day on Saturday, Feb. 21 for the women's basketball game at 2 p.m. and the men's basketball game at 4 p.m. – both against Central State University. The games are the final contests of the season that will be played at Athletic Center Arena during the College's first season as an NCAA Division II provisional member.
All Storm fans will receive a raffle ticket at the gate which will allow them the opportunity to win prizes throughout the afternoon. Prizes include t-shirts, gift certificates and merchandise from many of the Storm's loyal supporters including:

The Arby's Oven Mitt and Chick-fil-A cow will also be at the games from 2-4 p.m. handing out coupons and greeting fans.
Both games will be broadcast live on WELW 1330 AM and welw.com. It is also Senior Day, with Storm seniors being recognized prior to their respective games that afternoon.
