Lake Erie College junior forward/midfielder Scott Stucky (Avon Lake, Ohio/Avon) has been named the East College Athletic Conference (ECAC) men’s soccer Division II Co-Offensive Player of the Week.
Stucky scored a pair of goals in two straight games over the weekend to lead the Storm to a sweep of its two-game road trip to Michigan and a 2-1 week overall. He scored twice in Lake Erie’s 4-3 win Friday at Northwood University and then tallied the only two goals in a 2-0 win at Saginaw Valley State University. Stucky has scored six goals in the last four games, during which Lake Erie has a 3-1-1 mark. On the season, he leads the team with 8 goals and 17 points.
He shares the honor with Patric Brundin of the University of Bridgeport, who also scored four goals last week.
