Founder's Court

Located diagonally from campus across Mentor Ave., Founder's Court offers students to chance to live in an apartment style housing facility. Each building is named after a founder of Lake Erie College. Avery, Hitchcock, Ladd, Rockwell, and Wilcox is home to approximately 100 upper class students.One and two bedroom units are available. One bedroom units house two students and two bedroom units house three students. Residence life staff members reside in each building to assist students with their needs and provide social (and sometimes) educational activities.

Lydia Sessions

Located east of campus, Lydia Sessions (named after the first President of Lake Erie College) apartments are comprised of one and two bedroom units. One bedroom apartments house two students, two bedroom apartments house three students. Offering housing for a total of eighty students, this allows students an "off campus" experience while having the benefits of residential campus housing. Residence life staff members reside in each building to assist students with their needs and provide social (and sometimes) educational activities.
