Public Relations and Creative Services
Who We Are:
The Lake Erie College Public Relations & Creative Services Department works daily with campus constituents to publicize all aspects of the College through media outlets and the website. The department advises College offices on public relations and web communications to promote professors, programs, research, accomplishments and events to students, external audiences and the news media. The staff ensures that all of the College’s branding and visual identity are consistent through all marketing collateral.
Cameron Crossan has overall responsibility for developing and maintaining the Lake Erie College’s digital media to better serve its constituents, communicate its brand identity and continually improve marketing efforts. He joined the College staff in May 2012 primarily supporting the IT department and later transitioned to web designer in November 2012. Crossan creates and maintains the College web site aesthetics, navigation system, content and overall performance in coordination with the College branding directed by the director of public relations & creative services. He serves internal clients by managing web content, functionality and consistency. He also monitors analytics, reviews statistics and reports results by analyzing and implementing industry-standard best practices.
Crossan is a 2012 graduate and holds a bachelor of science with a major in biology from Lake Erie College. He is pursuing his master’s degree in exercise science from Cleveland State University.
