Actor and comedian Sean Lynch to perform on March 21

To kick off the College’s new minor in comedy studies, Lake Erie College’s Department of Theatre will present a performance from actor and comedian Sean Lynch on Tuesday, March 21. The event will take place at 7:00 p.m. in the C.K. Rickel Theatre in Royce Hall for the Fine and Performing Arts and is free and open to the public.

A touring headliner who performs all over the country, Sean is best known for being co-creator of Celebrity Death Match and for appearing as a featured actor in the current season of The Walking Dead. In addition to these roles, Sean is a voice actor for “Grand Theft Auto” and the video game The Walking Dead: A New Frontier, a spokesman for numerous major ad campaigns including those for Burger King and Starburst, and winner of the International Film Festival of Manhattan’s Best Director Award (2013) for his independent film “Game Night.”

In addition to his free performance, Sean will visit classes during the day on March 21 and 22, including TH 270 and TH 104. Interested parties can visit TH 104 from 10:00-10:50 on Wednesday, March 22 in Royce Hall.

Sean will be available for photos, autographs and an informal Q&A following his performance on the 21st. Guests are warned that this show may include adult language.
