Scholarship information can be accessed for free through various Internet sources. Each of the following links provide access to more information.

  • CollegeNow
    College Now (formerly Cleveland Scholarship Programs) provides Greater Cleveland students with guidance and access to funds to prepare for and graduate from college.
    A searchable database of private sector scholarships, grants, fellowships and loans
  • Financial Aid Information Page 
    A premier financial aid website.  Students and parents can research financial aid information and scholarships.  The site includes a variety of calculators. 
  • LEAF
  • The College Board 
    Provides information on all aspects of college including admissions and financial aid
  • Finaid Major-Specific Scholarships

  • College Board's Fund Finder
  • Peterson's College Quest

  • Students should also check with their high school guidance departments for local scholarship information. Scholarships may also be available through employers, clubs, civic organizations, churches, etc.
  • Teach Grant

    The new Teacher Education Assistance for College and Higher Education (TEACH) Grant Program provides up to $4,000 per year in grants for undergraduate and graduate students who intend to teach full-time in high-need subject areas for at least four years at schools that serve students from low-income families. Students in Lake Erie College's post-baccalaureate teacher credential program are not eligible. Students may receive up to $16,000 for undergraduate study and up to $ 8,000 for graduate study. Part-time students are eligible, but the maximum grant will be reduced.
