Dance classes are held in the Royce Hall for the Fine and Performing Arts. In addition to our dance studio with newly renovated sprung-wood flooring, the Fine Arts Building also houses the B.K. Smith Art Gallery, The C.K. Rickel Theatre, visual arts and ceramics studios and a technology center with a state of the art Mac lab. Certainly one benefit of having so many of the arts represented within the same building has been the free exchange of ideas and the ample opportunities for collaborations across many artistic disciplines.
And, at Lake Erie College, your education will not be limited to the studio or classroom. Our campus is located 30 miles from Cleveland. Our department has extended into the vital community of dance existing within the Cleveland area. We take maximum advantage of that proximity and the world class cultural opportunities available to us.
