Lance Osborne and Steve Perry join the Lake Erie College Board of Directors


Lake Erie College officials are pleased to announce the addition of two new members to the College’s Board of Directors: Lance F. Osborne of Osborne Capital Group, LLC, and Stephen B. Perry of Linsalata Capital Partners.

Having founded Osborne Capital Group, LLC in 2003, Mr. Osborne currently serves as its president. He previously served as an associate with AEW Capital Management, a Boston-based real estate pension fund advisor. During his tenure at AEW, Mr. Osborne worked on the asset management and acquisition of multifamily properties.

In addition, Mr. Osborne has served as an intern and analyst for the chief financial officer of Beacon Capital Partners, a real estate opportunity fund investor. He is a graduate of Babson College and serves on the Boards of Directors for Lake National Bank and Youth Opportunities Unlimited.

At Linsalata Capital Partners, Mr. Perry shares responsibility to manage the day-to-day activities of the firm leads the firm’s administration, finance and investor reporting activities. He is an active deal partner and serves as chairman of Whitcraft Holdings and is a director of Glynlyon Holding Company, Happy Floors and Wellborn Forest Products, Inc. 

Prior to joining Linsalata Capital Partners in 1998, Mr. Perry was senior vice president and chief financial officer for Care-Free Windows. He began his career as an auditor at Touche, Ross & Company. Later Mr. Perry held various financial and management positions of increasing responsibility with Midland-Ross Corporation and was director of planning and analysis for FL Industries (formerly Midland-Ross Corp.). Mr. Perry also served as executive vice president of CMS Holding Company (a former LinCap portfolio company). 

Mr. Perry holds undergraduate degrees in accounting and financial management from Lake Erie College/Garfield Senior College and is on the Board of Directors of the Achievement Center for Children in Cleveland.

As part of the Lake Erie College Board of Directors, Mr. Osborne will serve on the Finance & Assets Committee and the Buildings & Grounds Committee while Mr. Perry will serve on the Finance & Assets Committee and the Board Development Committee.
