Washington St. Painesville, OH 44077. Sealed bids will be received by the Director of Physical Plant, Joe Ballentine (contact 440-812-4284) at the Maintenance Shop (enter off Walnut Street, first building on the left); up to the hour of 11:00 AM Local Time on Wednesday, September 20, 2023, and read publicly thereafter in location to be announced, for the following improvement project. Bids shall be addressed to the Office of the President, Lake Erie College, 391 W. Washington St., Painesville, Ohio 44077, and marked “Morley Music Hall Exterior Stair Replacement” Inquiries must be submitted in writing.
