Part-Time Chemistry Instructor

Lake Erie College, a small, co-educational, four-year, independent liberal arts college located in Painesville, OH, 30 miles east of Cleveland, invites applicants for Adjunct Instructor of chemistry reporting to the dean of the School of Natural Sciences and Mathematics.

Using collaborative approaches, instructional technology and innovative methods, the successful candidate will provide instruction in general chemistry, organic chemistry and biochemistry labs at the undergraduate level.

Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to excellence in teaching in a liberal arts college environment. To be considered for the adjunct instructor position, the candidate should hold a master’s degree in chemistry or a related field; a Ph. D is preferred.
