LAKE ERIE COLLEGE TOWER HONORS PROGRAM| SCHOLARSHIP GUIDELINES

How do I apply?

Students who have a high school GPA of 3.5 or higher or who are in the top 10% of their class are eligible. If you fit these criteria, you will be contacted by the Lake Erie College Office of Admission and invited to apply for the program.

Applicants must:

Submit a 600-750 word essay that discusses why you are interested in the Lake Erie College Tower Honors program, how you believe you will benefit from pursuing a course of Honors study, and what academic and volunteer activities you have participated in that will enable you to contribute to the Tower Honors Community.

To earn a Lydia Sessions Honors Scholarship, you must participate in the Tower Honors Scholarship Competition to be held on February 19, 2024. During your time on campus, you will be hosted for a special luncheon and will have the opportunity to engage with faculty, tour the campus, view a residence hall, and meet with the offices of Admission and Financial Aid. You also will meet with the co-directors of the Tower Honors program for an interview.
