Political Science Minor| Minor

Students of any major can take the Political Science minor to get a basic understanding of democracy, power, citizenship, governance and rights within different systems at the local, national, and international level.

Curriculum exposes students to the sub-field of political science, including American government, comparative politics, international relations, political philosophy and more.

Required Courses for the Political Science Minor

Students are required to take at least 15 semester hours in the political science field. Political Science courses are designated with PO in front of their course number.

Students can reach out to faculty or their advisor to learn more about adding the political science minor to their degree.
