Abigail Petry receives Metz Culinary Management’s Exemplary Performance Award


Abigail Petry, general manager of dining services at Lake Erie College, was recently awarded the Exemplary Performance Award by Metz Culinary Management.

An annual recognition, the award goes to an individual who has gone above and beyond in his or her daily responsibilities and has met each new challenge with a positive attitude and a high degree of professionalism.

“We are so proud of what Abigail achieved and what she has accomplished at Lake Erie College,” said John C. Metz, executive chairman of Metz Culinary Management.

Petry received the award at Metz’s annual two-day conference which took place June 23-24 at the Mohegan Sun Casino in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.
