About
Dr. Aibak Hafeez is an Assistant Professor of Human Resource Management (HRM) at the School of Business, LEC. He is originally from Pakistan where he completed his B.S. (Hons) and M.Phil. in Management Sciences with a concentration in HRM. While serving as a Lecturer in one of the largest state universities in Pakistan, Dr. Hafeez received a scholarship to pursue another master’s and a Ph.D. in Human Resources and Industrial Relations (HR/IR) at the School of Labor and Employment Relations, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, IL. He completed his post-doctoral fellowship at the School of Industrial and Labor Relations, Cornell University, NY, where he also served as a lecturer. Dr. Hafeez teaches a wide range of undergraduate and graduate courses within the discipline of Business Administration. His primary area of research revolves around workplace conflict management with a focus on Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
