  • Rental Fee: $150/hour + $75 cleaning fee

  • No dining is allowed around the table – buffet style only

GARFIELD CENTER – ERNST BOARD ROOM/CONFERENCE CENTER (MAX 40 PEOPLE)

  • Rental Fee: $100/hour + $50 cleaning fee

  • Parking passes must be requested with contract

GEORGE M. HUMPHREY EQUESTRIAN LEARNING CENTER AND ARENA

  • Rental Fee: $1,200 per day includes the classrooms, lobby area and cleaning fee

  • Arena Rental Fee: $1,200/day

  • Metz Culinary Management must be used as the caterer for any food or beverages

  • No dogs, cats, etc. are permitted in the Learning Center

  • All vendors must be contracted for inside or outside space – the cost will be agreed upon by the Dean of the School of Equine Studies and VP for Advancement

  • Rental of stalls, use of equipment, drags, etc. will be determined by the Dean and VP for Advancement and listed in contract

HELEN ROCKWELL MORLEY MEMORIAL MUSIC BUILDING (MAX 700 PEOPLE)

WEDDINGS

  • Rental Fee: $1,150 includes rehearsal, day of use and cleaning fee

  • Organ & Piano available for additional fee

  • Bride/Groom rooms available upon request

PROGRAMS

  • Rental Fee: $250/hour + $100 cleaning fee

  • Sound system not included – Wireless microphone available for $50 fee

  • Renter must pay for piano tuning prior to its use

  • Renter must provide their own security for parking for large events

JEROME T.  OSBORNE FAMILY ATHLETIC & WELLNESS CENTER

  • Competition Gym Rental Fee: $1,100 per day or $250/hour (max 500 people)

  • Auxiliary Gym Rental Fee: $1,100 per day or $250/hour (max 1,300 people depending on setup)

  • All requests for the rental of spaces in the Athletic & Wellness Center must be approved by Director of Sport Operations and Athletic Director

  • A contract is needed for any outside use of the facility along with proof of liability insurance

  • Metz Culinary Management must be used as the caterer for any food or beverages – with the approved exception of drinks and candy

RESIDENCE HALLS (ANDREWS, DICKINSON, FOWLER, RITTER)

  • Rental Fee: $20/person/night + $200 cleaning fee

  • Non-refundable deposit of $500 is required at time of contract execution and the balance is due 30 days prior to event

  • Lost Key Fee: $150 per key

  • Four Residence Halls - total capacity: 280 people

  • Bed linens, towels and pillows are not provided

  • Residence Halls do not have air conditioning

ROYCE HALL FOR THE FINE AND PERFORMING ARTS (MAX 150 PEOPLE)

  • B.K. Smith Gallery Rental Fee: $1,125 per day.

  • C.K. Rickel Theater Rental Fee: $1,100 per day

  • Gallery & Theater Rental Fee: $1,725 per day

  • Metz Culinary Management must be used as the caterer for any food or beverages

  • All rentals must be approved by Theater and Art Faculty prior to contract

  • Technical Director must be present for all Theater rentals, lessee is responsible for charges ($22/hour, minimum 2 hours)

VICTOR MANOR HOUSE

MAIN FLOOR & OUTDOOR GROUNDS

  • Rental Fee: $2,250

  • Metz Culinary Management must be used as the caterer for any food or beverages. Furniture cannot be moved within or removed from rooms

  • Additional tables, chairs, dance floor, etc. maybe rented at the lessee's expense and must be approved at time of contract execution

  • Security is required and will be paid at the lessee’s expense ($20/hour with 3 hour minimum)

  • All events must end by 11:00 p.m.

  • No parking is allowed at Manor House – valet or shuttle parking from the Equestrian Center's parking lot must be used at lessee’s expense. A designated college staff member must be on the premises during any rental of this facility (payment or comp-time)

RATHSKELLAR

  • Rental Fee: $100/hour + $75 cleaning fee

  • Metz Culinary Management must be used as the caterer for any food or beverages

  • No parking is allowed at Manor House – valet or shuttle parking from the Equestrian Center's parking lot must be used at lessee’s expense

  • A designated college staff member must be on the premises during any rental of this facility (payment or comp-time)
