Kevin O'Brien | Staff

Kevin O’Brien serves as the Database Strategist at Lake Erie College, where he helps manage and optimize the database used by the Office of Admission. In this role, Kevin supports the team by tracking and analyzing admission trends and organizing how information is communicated to prospective students and applicants. He joined Lake Erie College in July 2025.

Relatively new to higher education operations, Kevin brings valuable experience from his previous role as an Admission Counselor at Case Western Reserve University, where he managed recruitment territories in New York and Colorado. His work there provided him with first-hand insight into the admission process and the importance of data-driven strategies in supporting both students and institutions.

Kevin holds two undergraduate degrees from Indiana University Bloomington, one in International Studies and the other in Spanish. His diverse academic background, combined with his admission and recruitment experience, equips him to provide thoughtful, strategic support to the Lake Erie College admission team.
