Marcella DiPlacito, MSPAS, PA-C | Faculty

Marcella is a proud alum of the Lake Erie Physician Assistant Program. She obtained a bachelor’s degree in biology from John Carroll University before matriculating into the first cohort of PA students at LEC’s program. She started her career at Cleveland Clinic in the emergency department, where she has practiced since 2016. She works PRN for Cleveland Clinic express care/ urgent care. She is a member of AAPA and OAPA.

Marcella has a special interest in dermatology and aesthetics. She is a member of the Ohio Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and enjoys keeping up with most current practice standards and networking with dermatology PAs in the area. Most recently, she trained on the Vivace RF microneedling device to serve patients at an integrative medicine practice in Northeast Ohio.

Marcella is happiest when she spends time with her husband and three children. She loves to host parties and cook for others. She enjoys being outdoors in the metro parks nearby and traveling.
