Refund Schedule

2025 Summer Semester - Tuition will be refunded according to the following schedule:

Session A (7-week course) May 19 - 100% May 20 - 80% May 21 - 0%

Session B (7-week course) June 30 - 100% July 1 - 80% July 2 - 0%

Session E (Full semester) May 19 - 100% May 26 - 80% June 2 - 60%* ****After June 3rd, no refunds will be issued.

2025 Fall Semester - Tuition will be refunded according to the following schedule:

Z - Schedule (Full Semester) During the first week: Aug. 25 through Aug 31......100% During the second week: Sept. 1 through Sept. 7......80% During the third week: Sept. 8 through Sept. 14......60% ****After Sept 15th, no refunds will be issued X - Schedule (7-week courses) During the first week: Aug. 25 through Aug 31......100% During the second week: Sept. 1 through Sept. 7......80% ****After Sept 8th, no refunds will be issued

Y - Schedule (7-week courses) During the first week: Oct. 13 through Oct. 19......100% During the second week: Oct. 20 through Oct. 26......80% ****After Oct. 27th, no refunds will be issued

Refunds for room and board are as follows: Prior to Aug. 25......100% During the first and second week: Aug. 25 through Sept. 7......80% During the third week: Sept. 8 through Sept. 14......60% ****After Sept. 15th, no refunds will be issued.

Meal Plans are prorated during the first 3 weeks for the number of meals used at an average rate of $10 per meal. The student will also be charged for any Storm Dollars used. After the 3rd week of class, there will be no refunds for Meal Plans.

2026 Spring Semester - Tuition will be refunded according to the following schedule:

Z - Schedule (Full Semester) During the first week: Jan. 12 through Jan. 18......100% During the second week: Jan. 19 through Jan. 25......80% During the third week: Jan. 26 through Feb. 1......60% ****After Feb 2nd, no refunds will be issued

X - Schedule (7-week courses) During the first week: Jan. 12 through Jan. 18......100% During the second week: Jan. 19 through Jan. 25......80% ****After Jan. 26th, no refunds will be issued

Y - Schedule (7-week courses) During the first week: Mar. 2 through Mar. 8......100% During the second week: Mar. 9 through Mar. 15......80% ****After Mar. 16th, no refunds will be issued
