Lake Erie College Professor Emerita Releases Her Second Book

Lake Erie College Professor Emerita Carol P. Ramsay released her second book, Tell Me The Stories of Jesus on Saturday, October 9. Both her new book and her first, They Called Him Teacher, are available on Amazon.

Tell Me the Stories of Jesus explores Jesus’ teaching strategies using open ended stories to illustrate principles of moral responsibility, exploring parables within the context of the culture, the religious and political chaos and the diverse ethnicities existent in Jesus’ day. Tell Me the Stories of Jesus builds on Ramsay’s first book, They Called Him Teacher, which examined Jesus’ teaching strategies and methodologies and their alignment with current thought in education.

Ramsay is Professor Emerita of Education at Lake Erie College, after retiring as Dean of Teacher Education and Master of Science in Education. She served at LEC for more than 30 years, and initiated the LEC Professional Development Program for Teachers and other professionals. In over five decades of dedicated service in education she has experienced a plethora of new educational theories and practices. She is dedicating her retirement to exploring the teaching of Jesus Christ.
