Financial Literacy for Life| Course

The curriculum incorporates educational experiences designed to accelerate the development of today's student to tomorrow's business leader through the intensive use of collaborative projects, case studies and internships. All programs offered by the School of Business offer excellent preparation for further study at the graduate level.In this course, students will learn how to wisely manage money, plan for the future and achieve their financial goals. This course will start students on a path toward being in control of their finances. Topics include the importance of personal budgeting, identifying and prioritizing their personal money management goals, comprehending the impact of time on the value of money, and understanding the cost of using credit. Students will also be introduced to different retirement savings/ investment options.
