Real Estate Principles and Finance| Course

This course is an introduction to real estate principles and practice – landownership, home ownership, real estate and property, interests in real estate, titles, real estate appraisal and other concepts. The course will also focus on financial aspects of real estate – theory and measurement of risk and returns, valuation of owner-occupied and income-producing properties, real estate finance, mortgage instruments and mortgage repayments.
