Patty Schenker PHR, SHRM-CP, Human Resources Manager, Solon Manufacturing Company in Chardon, Ohio. Patty has over 20 years of progressive HR experience in diverse manufacturing environments. She is currently President of LGA SHRM.
Leslie Rubino PHR, SHRM-CP, Human Resources Manager, Lubrizol in Wickliffe, Ohio. She has over 20 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing, distribution, health care and insurance. She has a Bachelor’s of Science in Human and Organizational Development and Child Development from Vanderbilt University and obtained her Masters of Business with a Human Resource Management concentration from Kent State University. Leslie is Vice President of Membership for Lake/Geauga Area Chapter of SHRM (LGA SHRM) that serves HR and Business professionals.
Kathy Lucha PHR, SHRM-CP, Manager of Employee Relations, HR Policies and Compliance at Austin Powder Company. She has over 20 years of comprehensive Human Resources experience. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science and Business Administration Degree in Marketing from John Carroll University. Kathy serves as Secretary and Newsletter Director for LGA SHRM.
Rose Ann Kay SPHR, GPHR, SHRM-SCP, Principle/Human Resource Consultant at Humanics, LLC. Rose Ann has over 25 years of experience as an HR professional. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Management from the University of Akron. Rose Ann also holds an MBA in Labor/Human Resources Planning from Case Western Reserve University.
Morgan Briggs, Human Resources Analyst at Signature Health, Inc. She is a highly motivated and effective HR analyst in healthcare. Morgan’s experience covers work in compensation analysis, job description creation and review, HRIS, new hire training, employee rewards and recognition and benefits. Morgan is a 2020 graduate of Lake Erie College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resource Management. Morgan will complete her MBA from Lake Erie College this summer.
Austin Winters, Human Resources Coordinator, D&S Automotive Collision and Restyling. He has 3 years of HR and Recruitment experience. Austin is a recent graduate of Cleveland State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services. Austin is actively prepping to take the SHRM-CP exam in May.
Marie Francosky,Ph.D., Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior at Lake Erie College. Marie previously worked for IBM, Travelers Insurance, and the Eastman Kodak Company before moving into a professional consultant role in Northeastern Ohio. She specializes in the areas of employee engagement surveys, selection test development, leadership development, and work/life balance programs. Beside teaching both undergraduate and MBA courses at Lake Erie College, Marie is the faculty advisor for the LEC Student Human Resource Management Club.
