Transcripts
Official transcript requests can be made through the National Student Clearinghouse Website. The cost for an official transcript is $10.00 for each transcript. An additional service fee applies to orders through the National Student Clearinghouse. eTranscripts are only available through the National Student Clearinghouse option.
Unofficial transcripts are provided at no cost by clicking here and cannot be ordered through the National Student Clearinghouse. They are generated primarily for your own records and printed on plain white paper with no official college signature or seal. Current students may obtain an unofficial transcript from the student Portal, Lake Erie Online (LEO).Â
Transcripts are processed in the order of receipt. Normally, it takes 2-4 business days to process a request. However, it may take 5-7 business days for processing at certain times of the year, such as at the beginning or end of each semester.
Note: The Registrar's Office will not release transcripts, unofficial or official, unless the student has met all admission and financial obligations to the College, returned all library materials, athletic items, and paid applicable fines.
Notre Dame College Transcripts
Lake Erie College is the institution of record for Notre Dame College transcripts following the institution's closure after the spring 2024 semester. Official transcripts can be requested through the National Student Clearinghouse website.
Degree and Enrollment Verification Requests
