Distinguished Alumni of Lake Erie College

NAB Distinguished Alumni and Distinguished Young Alumni Award Criteria: The young alum recipient must be under the age of 40. Both awards recognize an alum for their outstanding career achievements. An outstanding career achievement refers to a significant accomplishment in a person’s professional life that demonstrates excellence, leadership, and a lasting impact in their field. This could include groundbreaking work, major contributions to their industry, exceptional leadership, or long-term dedication that results in meaningful progress or innovation. Distinguished service reflects a commitment that goes beyond normal expectations, showcasing leadership, selflessness, and a lasting positive impact. This could include volunteer work, mentorship, advocacy, or efforts that significantly benefit others over time. Service work is not limited to Lake Erie College; it can be done in other contexts as well. Both honors celebrate individuals who have gone above and beyond in their professional and service-related endeavors, leaving a meaningful legacy. All applications are reviewed based on career achievements or service contributions, plain and simple.
