Post-baccalaureate Student| Financial Aid

If you have already received your Bachelor's degree and seek a second Bachelor's degree or intend to enroll in one of Lake Erie College's education programs listed below, you may be eligible for the federal student loan program.

A student with a Bachelor's degree may receive 5th year, undergraduate level Federal Direct loan if enrolled at least half-time in an eligible program.

  • Reading Endorsement

  • 4/5 Endorsement

  • Mild/Moderate Intervention Specialist

  • TESOL Endorsement 

A student with a bachelor’s degree may receive the 5th year, undergraduate level Federal Direct Subsidized/Unsubsidized loan if enrolled at least half-time in required teacher certification coursework.  

A FAFSA is required and the financial aid office will review your eligibility once we receive your application and know your enrollment intentions.Â
