Dr. Gregory Rothwell, the director of Department of Education and Professional Studies, underscores the multifaceted advantages that obtaining a principal licensure brings to graduates, “The benefits to the graduate are countless, Obtaining a principal licensure is not just a personal and professional achievement -- it is a transformative step that propels educators into multifaceted roles. In addition to a significant increase in income, a principal licensure allows a teacher – even with two year’s experience -- to take on leadership roles in their district.
