Master of Education

Advanced Content Knowledge and Pedagogy: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of subject matter and apply effective teaching strategies to support student learning.

Master of Educational Leadership

Instructional Leadership and School Improvement: Graduates will demonstrate the ability to develop, implement, and assess school improvement plans using data and research-based practices. (Aligned with Ohio Standard 1 & NELP Standard 1)

Organizational Management: Graduates will apply leadership skills to manage operations, allocate resources efficiently, and maintain a productive school environment. (Aligned with Ohio Standard 2 & NELP Standard 6)
