Accounting Minor| Minor

Expand upon your undergraduate degree and widen your horizons with a minor in accounting.

Our accounting minor allows Lake Erie College students to obtain a concrete knowledge of accounting basics alongside their undergraduate degree.

The accounting minor is 15 semester credits, including:

  • AC 101: Accounting Principles I (3 Semester Hours)

  • AC 102: Accounting Principles II (3 Semester Hours)

As well as 9 semester credit hours from the following courses:

  • AC 210: Forensic Accounting (3 Semester Hours)

  • AC 301: Intermediate Accounting I (4 Semester Hours)

  • AC 302: Intermediate Accounting II (4 Semester Hours)

  • AC 303: Taxes and Culture clinic I (2 or 3 Semester Hours)

  • AC 308: Federal Income Taxes I (3 Semester Hours)

  • AC 309: Federal Income Taxes II (3 Semester Hours)

  • AC 322: Cost Accounting (3 Semester Hours)

  • AC 403: Auditing (3 Semester Hours)

  • AC 416: Advanced Accounting (3 Semester Hours)
